Upon full payment for the service, you receive a license to use the produced video for marketing the specific property it was created for. Cliplisting retains the right to use produced videos as portfolio examples or for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of your order. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of production - please contact us before production begins if you need to cancel. Once a video has been delivered, refunds are not available.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cliplisting is not responsible for any outcomes related to your real estate listings, including but not limited to sale results, buyer inquiries, or listing performance. We provide a marketing tool - results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Changes to Terms
